Mary Caroline is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Tax practice group.
Mary Caroline obtained her J.D. from The University of Mississippi School of Law. While obtaining her law degree, Mary Caroline served as Executive Editor of the Mississippi Sports Law Review, was elected President of the Business Law Network, was selected as a Business Law Fellow, and was a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council. She was also recognized with the Mississippi Sports Law Review Yoknapatawpha Award, as a Speaker’s Edge Ethical Dilemma Finalist, and as a Top Negotiator. In conjunction with obtaining her law degree, Mary Caroline also earned her Masters of Business Administration from The University of Mississippi School of Business Administration.
Prior to attending law school, Mary Caroline completed her undergraduate degree at Birmingham-Southern College where she majored in both Business Administration and Political Science with a distinction in Leadership Studies. At Birmingham-Southern, Mary Caroline was a member of the Women’s Soccer Team, was Editor-in-Chief of the Compass Journal for Leadership and Advocacy, was awarded the Hubbs Award for academic excellence and selfless service, received the 2018 Jessica Walker Crowder Courage Award, and received the Wayne W. Killion Sr. Innovation Award in Business. After earning her undergraduate degree, Mary Caroline went on to Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. where she served as Front Office Coordinator and Staff Assistant for United States Senator Marsha Blackburn (TN).
