Overview

Molly McCue is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Tax Practice Group. She has experience drafting documents for mergers and acquisitions and business formations.

Molly obtained her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School. She served as the Executive Article Selection Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transactional Law and published her article titled, “A Regulatory Scheme for the Dawn of Space Tourism.” While in school, Molly was involved in several student organizations and served as a Pro Bono Volunteer for the Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services, Tennessee Justice for Our Neighbors, and Organize Tennessee. Prior to obtaining her Juris Doctor, Molly attended William & Mary, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and History. In 2019, Molly was a part of the Pilgrimage Studies Program, where she had the opportunity to go on a 200-mile hike on the Camino de Santiago in Spain.
