Robert T. Rosen

Rob Rosen serves as a Partner in the firm's Real Estate and Lending Practice Groups with over 30 years' experience in real estate business and law. Rob focuses on serving home builders and developers in the areas of land acquisition & development, permitting, sales, and construction.

Rob’s practice includes large-scale developments, comprehensive planning, environmental, land use and zoning. His experience also consists of community development districts, developments of regional impact and financing on both the lender and developer side. He has experience dealing closely with a number of local, state, and federal agencies such as the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the Florida Department of Community Affairs, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Rob’s professional and legal background includes spending over 10 years on the business side of real estate as the Southeast Division President of DeLuca Homes, a residential builder based out of Pennsylvania, as well as with MDC Holdings/Richmond American Homes and as Owner/President of an Orlando-based realty company. His business experience includes: acquisitions and development, sales, operations management, purchasing, construction and customer service. Rob’s practice has focused on real estate, home builders, development, land use, zoning and environmental law. Rob has also worked on a variety of acquisition and development projects for clients such as the Orlando International Airport, Orange County Convention Center, Baldwin Park, Orange County Public Schools, as well as a number of national homebuilders.
