Overview
Rosie Morgan serves as Counsel in the firm’s Tampa, Florida Office, and is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. For the past sixteen years, Rosie has represented a diverse number of clients including individuals, investors, banking institutions, servicers, title insurance groups, and real estate developers. Rosie has experience handling real estate transactions and closings, drafting assignments, demand letters, notices of sale, purchase agreements, powers of attorney, deed, and notes for both residential and commercial clients.
Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Rosie managed, directed, and handled litigation for uncontested and heavily contested financial services and creditor’s rights matters including depositions, discovery practice, arbitrations, mediations, motion practice, and trials.
Rosie earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude in the top ten of her class. Prior to attending law school, Rosie received her Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management and Communications from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen School of Hospitality.
When not at work, Rosie loves cooking and spending time with her husband and two dogs enjoying all of the beautiful beaches and weather in Saint Pete, Florida.
