Ryan J. Hebson

Ryan Hebson is a Partner in the firm's General Commercial Litigation group. His primary practice focuses on complex commercial and consumer litigation, antitrust, and environmental litigation, including representing clients in both individual and class/mass actions, involving a wide array of state common law and statutory claims, as well as alleged violations of federal statutes.

Ryan’s experience varies from general business and commercial litigation, with a special focus on complex class action defense and other high-stakes litigation, to representing governmental, nonprofit, and private clients on a broad range of other matters involving antitrust, consumer finance, insurance, property, privacy, energy, and technology-related issues. This experience includes:

• Representation of major waste companies in matters involving PFAS/PFOA and other alleged toxins, as well as commercial litigation.
• Representation of municipal water utility in class action involving over 10,000 putative class members alleging water contamination from purported PFAS/PFOA contamination.
• Served as counsel on national class action defense team representing global automotive manufacturer in multidistrict litigation following widely-publicized vehicle recalls.
• Representing a range of companies in matters involving claims relating to pricing, unfair and deceptive practices, disputed charges, RICO allegations, and restrictive covenants.
• Serving as counsel to major financial institutions in individual cases and class actions involving the TCPA, FCRA, FDCPA, TILA, and mortgage litigation, including representations and warranties.
• Representation of a leading pharmaceutical chain in opioid cases.
• Representation of numerous agricultural industries in mass and individual actions alleging water contamination, property damage, and personal injury.
• Served as counsel on class action defense team representing client in consolidated insurance class actions relating to hurricane coverage and claims handling issues.
