Overview

Sarah Bangs currently serves as Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate practice group, where her practice concentrates on representation of owners, developers, and investors in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects.

Sarah has experience negotiating purchase and sale, management, development, easement, and listing agreements, along with financing documents for complex commercial real estate projects. She also assists clients in the review of due diligence items, including identifying and resolving title, survey and zoning matters.
