Overview
Zach is an associate in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice group.
Zach earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and ranking in the top 3% of his class. While at Cumberland, Zach was consistently on the Dean’s List and received the Scholar of Merit award in eight courses. He also held a paid research assistant position with Professor Timothy McFarlin, assisting in his research on copyright issues. He was also an Associate Editor for the Cumberland Law Review, where he was actively involved in shaping legal scholarship.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Language and Culture from Columbia University, where he was named to the Dean’s List and focused on Chinese economics and politics.
Prior to joining the firm, Zach worked as a Legal Assistant and Litigation Paralegal. During this time, he gained extensive experience with legal technologies and procedures, including case management systems and state and federal court filings.
