Burr Associates Ben Clark and Denzel Okinedo Appointed to Executive Board of Alabama Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section

Birmingham Associates Ben Clark and Denzel Okinedo have been elected to serve on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Section (YLS) of the Alabama Bar Association for the 2024-2025 term.

The YLS is dedicated to members who are 36 years old or younger, or who have practiced law for five years or less. The Section organizes continuing legal education (CLE) events, fundraisers, and other activities designed to support and develop newer members of the legal profession.

For the 2024-2025 term, Ben Clark has been elected as a member of the Executive Committee, and Denzel Okinedo has been elected as Treasurer.

Ben Clark is part of the firm’s General Commercial Litigation Practice Group. His experience with complex business structures and teams enables him to effectively address clients’ needs and priorities.

Denzel Okinedo is a member of the Economic Development team and practices in the firm’s Corporate & Tax Practice Group. His work includes negotiating and structuring economic development incentive packages, representing clients before various governmental bodies, drafting legislation, handling contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, business formations, and providing comprehensive general corporate counsel.
