Clients call on Laura when they need a health care lawyer who is experienced in the everyday, operational aspects of the industry. Laura often acts as outside general counsel to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, laboratory entities, physician practices, long-term care providers, post-acute care providers, independent and assisted living entities, in-home medical service entities, and specialty care facilities.

Jay Price leads Burr & Forman’s Lending practice group and has more than 25 years of experience with a wide range of lending transactions, including commercial real estate, commercial and industrial, senior housing and health care.

Bailey is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. Bailey earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he was an active member of the Moot Court Board and achieved semifinalist status in the Hardt Cup.
